Quadrel's Q160 servo driven applicator is the ultimate, high-speed, heavy-duty labeling solution offered by Quadrel Labeling Systems. The most important design features of the Q160 are the cam-operated, powered rewind and the “air box” powered unwind. These innovations coupled with the intelligent servo driven label feed deliver extremely high speeds and unparalleled accuracy at a production rate of up to 600 products per minute in some applications. This system is also well suited for integration of thermal transfer printers, laser printer and vision systems.
The Q160 comes standard with Allen Bradley PLC control and a Panel View Color touchscreen HMI. The powered unwind and rewind were designed specially for pharmaceutical applications requiring variable thermal transfer or laser printing and vision system inspection at extremely high production speeds.
