CASE ERECTORS, TAPERS, SEALERS & DECASERS

Cal-Pak’s line of automatic corrugated case equipment includes case erectors, case sealers, uncasers and partition inserters. Our equipment range includes medium and high speeds designs for RSC, HSC and tab-lock style cases. The robust equipment platforms will operate within an automated production line in three shift operations.

​Our semi-automatic case sealers use 2” or 3” pressure sensitive tape to seal tops and bottoms of RSC corrugated cases. To accommodate a wide range of case sizes and weights they are available with bottom belt, side belts or top & bottom belt drive designs. The side belt drive taper can be coupled with our semi-automatic case erector/pack station to create a stand-alone semi-automatic packout station.
