HE Series Linear Scale

The Parsons-Eagle HE-Series Linear Scale is a high performing scale and product feed system for intermediate weighments of free and semi-free flowing products like pet food, sugar, granulated chemicals, meal, plastic pellets and more. The HE-Series Linear Scale is designed for weighments between 5 lbs (2 kg) to 20 lbs (10 kg) per weigh head per lane. The HE-Series Linear Scale is capable of speeds up to 12 weighments per lane and can be configured from 1 to 12 weigh heads in an inline or opposed frame configuration. The pneumatically actuated buckets can be supplied in a variety of sizes to maximize product flow and weighing accuracy. The product feeding systems can be precisely configured to your specific product flow requirements and can include vibratory or gravity feed on the main and/or dribble discharges. All weigh head designs include a swing out frame construction for easy access to the weigh head assemblies. Discharges can be configured for single point or multiple point locations.

RATE:

•	Up to 10-12 weighments per minute per lane

 

ACCURACY:

•	+/- 2 grams on 10 lb (5 kg) sugar and +/- 7 grams on 50 lbs (22 kg) pet food weighments

 

TYPICAL OPERATING RANGE:

•	For weighments from 5 lbs (2 kg) to 20 lbs (10 kg) per weigh head per lane
