Ramsey AC9GP Checkweigher

The Ramsey AC9GP's advanced design enables equipment to be tailored to specific customer requirements utilizing standard parts. Incorporating a 32-bit processor system and an integral PC microcontroller, the Ramsey AC9GP will handle weighing, control and reject functions at line speeds up to 350 packages per minute. The Ramsey AC9GP is capable of providing basic and advanced production statistics, loading set-up data for up to 400 products, and communicating with external data collecting systems.

With the Ramsey AC9000Plus, it is possible to keep track of trend changes in the weight of a hygroscopic product and adjust limits accordingly. The system has the ability to run random products on the same production line with an automatic product switch-over. In addition, the Ramsey AC9GP has the capability to control filler adjustments and to record external events. The Ramsey AC9GP has a full-color graphic display; a user-friendly, interactive menu-structure; and is enclosed in a watertight NEMA 4X, stainless steel cabinet.
