Ramsey 9000 plus Checkweigher

The Ramsey AC9000 plus is offered as a high rate, accurate control for a broad range of checkweighing applications. Its advanced design enables equipment to be tailored to specific customer requirements utilizing standard parts. Incorporating a Thermo Ramsey-developed 32 bit processor system and an integral PC micro-controller, the Ramsey AC9000 plus will handle weighing, control and reject functions at line speeds up to 700 packages per minute. The Ramsey AC9000 plus is capable of providing basic and advanced production statistics, loading set-up data for up to 100 products and communicating with external data collecting systems. With the AC9000 plus, it is possible to keep track of trend changes in the weight of a hygroscopic product and adjust limits accordingly.

The system has the ability to run random products on the same production line with an automatic product switchover. In addition, the Ramsey AC9000plus has the capability to control filler adjustment and to record external events. The Ramsey AC9000 plus has a full-color graphic display, a user- friendly, interactive menu-structure and is enclosed in a watertight (NEMA 4X) rated, stainless steel cabinet.
