The Dual Unwind Q60 Labeling Head features two 16" diameter unwinds, two adjustable low label detectors, a splicing station, a fully adjustable mounting yoke and remote electronics. The dual unwind option is available on all Q60 systems. Most labeling system downtime occurs during label roll changeovers. This option can reduce that downtime by up to 50%. This particular Q60 is equipped with a pivoting peel plate and peel-tip label sensing. The peel plate rotates through a to degree range of adjustability for added flexibility. ModuLine features a stainless steel conveyor, "no change parts" product alignment and may be configured for front/back, wrap, top, side or custom applications.
