The Dual Unwind Q60 Labeling Head features two 16" diameter unwinds, two adjustable low label detectors, a splicing station, a fully adjustable mounting yoke and remote electronics. The dual unwind option is available on all Q60 systems. Most labeling system downtime occurs during label roll changeovers. This option can reduce that downtime by up to 50%. This particular Q60 is equipped with a pivoting peel plate and peel-tip label sensing. The peel plate rotates through a to degree range of adjustability for added flexibility. Capable of speeds to 300/min.

HEAVY-DUTY DESIGN The Q10 Wipe-on Labeler represents a price/performance breakthrough! This stepper-driven, microprocessor-controlled labeler delivers speeds of 1000" (de.4m) per minute or up to 180 products per minute with =/- 1/32"(1mm) dispensing accuracy. The user-friendly operator interface streamlines product changeover, increases reliability and simplifies service.

MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY The Q10 may be used as a portable labeler or integrated into an automatic system. The labeler is typically integrated into the ModuLine� automatic labeling system. ModuLine features a stainless steel conveyor, "no change parts" product alignment and may be configured for front/back, wrap, top, side or custom applications. 

PROGRAMMABLE ELECTRONICS The M1 menu-driven microprocessor control features a soft-touch keypad, memory for 9 label presets, encoder based speed compensation, onboard diagnostics and product/label counters.
