Annual Blanket Orders Under this Cal-Pak sponsored program, the total annual ink and solvent usage is estimated based on prior experience or the equipment used and the amount of coding per case. Once the annual unit volume is determined a predetermined discount is applied based on the volume discount category. A purchase order is issued with specific release dates. The fluids are shipped on the release dates, removing the need to generate a new order each time as well as the worry of running short. During the year you can adjust your volume up or down. This can occur due to a change in usage or to adjust an estimate. If the adjustment increases volume to a greater discount category the lower price will be in effect. Conversely, if the volume is adjusted down to a lower discount category a higher price would be in effect. All blanket order customers receive a preferred rate on service. |

Preventative Maintenance Plans Cal-Pak offers a comprehensive PM program. The Marsh system will become an integral part of your packaging line. Properly maintaining it will provide you with the type of performance you expect from Marsh. After installation of your system, your Cal-Pak service technician will review your system with you and make a recommendation on the frequency and length of time for scheduled PM visits. This will be determined based on the size of your system and number of units in your plant. Once this is determined we will provide you with an annual cost. A purchase order and payment will be required at the start of each year.
During each visit the Cal-Pak service technician will thoroughly review your equipment and make the necessary repairs to bring the system into factory specification. This service does not include required parts. However, all parts will be discounted 5% under this plan.
